I'm Old

Friday I had a birthday and become older than I have ever been before! Crazy! At the last minute, we invited some friends over to celebrate my aging.  The kids were very excited about this birthday thing.  We played some Mario Kart like zombies.

Rachel made lasagna roles, since my favorite food is lasagna.  It's not real lasagna but it is as close to lasagna as Rachel will get;)  We also had pie instead of cake.  We enjoyed blackberry pie and banana cream pie.  Yummy!

All the gifts were great!  The kids were especially excited about it.  Emma in particular was excited and got me this awesome shirt!

It's nice to have friends and family that will put up with my aging grumpiness.  Maybe next year I won't be so old.
